In September 2026, 1,200+ cases tracked on CaseStatusAPI recorded a USCIS event. Each case counts once, at the step of its latest event dated that month. A form shows only with 5 or more such cases, and so does every share in it.

This is past community data, not a prediction for any case, and not USCIS's own statistics. Decisions are under-counted: an event shows here only after someone checks the case again, many people stop checking once their case is decided, and most approvals carry no approval code.
